It's that time of the year again! Wednesday at the Square began last Wednesday, April 5th and runs through June 21st. The free concerts are from 5:00pm til 7:30pm in Lafayette Square. This week Nathan and the Zydeco cha chas Lil' Nathan will perform. Vespa New Orleans will provide Vespa parking at our booth. Can't wait to see you there!

Would you love to get a beautiful brand new Vespa for $5 ? Well, it could happen! The French Quarter Festival, courtesy of Vespa New Orleans, is raffling a Vespa LX150! You can purchase one chance for $5, or three chances for $10. Tickets are currently on sale at Vespa New Orleans and will also be sold at the festival on Friday, April 21st through Sunday, April 23rd ending at 7pm. We will also have tickets available for sale at the next two Wednesday at the Square Concerts.

Since last April, the Fine Living network's show "Opening Soon By Design" has been following the Materne family in their quest to build North American's largest Vespa dealership. This quest took an unexpected turn with Hurricane Katrina, and the show was there to follow. Be the first Vespa to cross the finsh line! For the third year, Team Vespa will be leading the Crescent City Classic race.
We will meet at 7:15am on the neutral ground at Canal and Decatur. At 7:30am we will be allowed on to the course entrance on Decatur St. When we get to our starting spot we'll be serving coffee and donuts for our fellow scooter riders.

What better way to start Easter Sunday than on a Vespa! For the fourth year the Vespa Club of New Orleans will be riding in the Chris Owens Easter Parade. Our meeting spot to line up is at Bourbon and Iberville next to the Astor Hotel at 11am. Parade begins at 12noon.

For the fourth year Vespa New Orleans will be sponsoring the French Quarter Festival. In addition to raffling off a bike at the fest, the Vespa Club will also lead the opening parade on Friday morning. We'll meet at 9:00am on Bourbon and Iberville. See you there!
