Vespa New Orleans Julia Street store opening January 2006 |

Hurricane Katrina took a huge toll on Vespa New Orleans. Our Toulouse Street location had 5 feet of water as well as being looted. Fortunately all of our scooters were high and dry in a downtown parking garage.
Luckily our Julia Street store was untouched. Construction resumed on October 5th and we are hoping for a January opening.
Below is a picture of our Toulouse Steet store post-Katrina. You can see the water line and that our red doors were ripped off the front of the store. On the left of the picture is the hole that was created by our unwelcomed visitors. |

Down and Dirty V Scooter Rally is still on!
For the 4th year, Vespa New Orleans is sponsoring the Jedi Knight's Down and Dirty Scooter Rally. We will have more information on this event in the next few days, but yes, it will be in New Orleans!
